How can I make payment to confirm my spot?

If you have requested to join a meet or competition and need to finalize your spot with a payment, the process involves a manual transfer to the host's designated account. Required Steps for Payment 1. Open the Meet: Navigate to the specific meet or competition you have joined. 2. Go to the Payment Tab: Select the Payment tab located within the event page. 3. Copy Banking Info: Find and copy the host's banking information or payment details listed there. 4. How does my DUPR rating change?

Your DUPR rating is dynamic and adjusts with every match you play. The goal of the system is to provide a rating that accurately reflects your current skill level by analyzing the "new information" gained from each game. The calibration phase If you are a new player or returning after a long break, you will likely see significant changes in your rating after each match. - During this phase, the system is "calibrating" to find where you fit in the global rankings. - This allows newer players to reach their true skill level quickly rather than having to grind through hundreds of matches. Stabilization for regular players For players who log matches consistently, individual games will have a less pronounced impact on their rating. - As the system gathers more data, your rating becomes more stable. - While it will still move, the "jumps" will be smaller because your long-term performance history provides a more reliable baseline. Factors that influence rating movement Not every match is weighted the same. The extent of your rating change depends on several factors: - Opponent Reliability: Playing against opponents with well-established, reliable ratings will affect your score differently than playing against new or inconsistent players. - Match Type: The system looks at the nature of the event—casual games may be weighted differently than competitive club matches or official tournaments. Proportional Adjustments: The more "new information" the system learns about your ability (e.g., beating a much higher-rated player), the more your rating will adjust to reflect that.

Can I edit match scores after the competition has ended?

Yes, but because finalized competitions lock their data for ranking and rating purposes, the process requires a specific structural rollback to ensure the integrity of the brackets. Important Policy Information Editing a score in an ended competition is a sensitive action. Because match results in the "Pool Stage" directly affect who advances to "Playoffs," you cannot change a past result without resetting the stages that depend on it. - Structural Reset: To edit a Pool Stage match, you must temporarily return the competition to a "Pool State." This will wipe and reset all matches and scores in the Playoff and Consolation stages. - Backup Required: Before starting this process, you must have a record of all current scores to re-enter them once your edits are finished. Required Steps for Score Correction 1. Re-Open the Competition: If the tournament is officially marked as "Ended," you cannot edit it yourself. You must contact a Reclub Admin (via Profile > Settings > Help > Send Feedback) to have the competition re-opened for editing. 2. Download Scoresheets: Tap the three stripes (hamburger menu) in the top right corner of your competition and select Download Scoresheets. Keep this file safe; you will need it to restore your playoff data. 3. Un-finalize Playoffs: Go to the Matches tab and select the Playoffs section. You must un-finalize and reset every match in this stage until the tournament reverts to the "Pool Stage" view. 4. Edit Pool Scores: You can now navigate back to the Pool Stage, find the specific match, and edit the scores. 5. Restore & Re-finalize: Once the correction is made, use your downloaded scoresheet to manually re-enter and re-finalize all playoff matches to return the competition to its final state. Still Having Trouble? If you only need to change a score for a single match that didn't affect the final standings, or if you are worried about losing your DUPR submission data, let us know. Reach Out: Please contact Reclub Support through our feedback channel (Profile > Settings > Help > Send Feedback) so we can guide you through the reset or perform a manual data update for you.
