Why is my rating not updated after the meet has ended?

If a meet has ended but your rating hasn't changed yet, it is usually due to the submission status or the processing time required by DUPR. Follow the steps below to track down your update.

Step 1: Check submission status

First, verify that the host has actually sent the results to DUPR:

  • Open the specific meet in Reclub and go to the Matches tab.

  • Look for the DUPR logo displayed directly below each match.

  • If you see the logo: The match has been successfully submitted.

  • If you don't see the logo: The matches haven't been sent yet. You should follow up with your host to ask them to submit the scores.


Step 2: Allow for processing time

Once a match is submitted, the update isn't always instant:

  • It can take up to 24 hours for match results to reflect on the DUPR platform and sync back to your Reclub profile.

  • Please wait at least one full day before reporting a delay.
