If your profile currently shows NR, it simply means you are "Not Rated" yet. This is the starting status for every new player on the platform.
How to Move from NR to Rated
To get your first rating, you need to get at least one match result into the system:
-
Play a Game: Participate in a DUPR-enabled session.
-
Submit Results: The host of that game must submit the final scores to DUPR.
Troubleshooting a Missing Rating
If you’ve already played a game but still see NR, follow these steps to find out why:
-
Check with your Host: Confirm with the organizer that the match results were actually submitted to DUPR.
-
Verify on DUPR.com: Log in to your profile at mydupr.com to see if the matches appear in your history there.
-
Contact DUPR Support: If the matches are logged on the DUPR website but your status is still NR, you should reach out to [email protected] for help.
Rating Shows on DUPR but not on Reclub?
Sometimes there is a small delay between the two platforms.
-
If DUPR shows your rating but Reclub doesn't, the data hasn't finished syncing yet.
-
While this is usually very fast, it can take up to 24 hours for the update to reflect on your Reclub profile.
