To ensure fair play and protect the community from players hiding their true skill levels to gain an advantage in competitive events, Reclub maintains a link between your profile and your DUPR ID. However, we have recently updated our policy to allow for maximum flexibility while maintaining platform integrity.
Instant Disconnect & Reconnect
You now have the freedom to manage your DUPR connection whenever you need to. We have removed the previous waiting period, meaning you can now disconnect and reconnect your DUPR ID at any time directly within the app.
How to Disconnect

Navigate to your Profile.

Tap on the Pickleball sport icon.

Tap on your Current Rating.

Tap the Three-dot menu in the top right corner.

Select Disconnect DUPR ID.
Maintaining Fair Play
While you can now disconnect at any time, please remember that this feature is intended to help you manage account updates or correct accidental links (such as a DUPR account merge).

Avoid Rating Resets: We encourage players to keep their accounts linked to ensure match results are accurately reflected on a single, consistent profile.
