How do I get a refund on a subscription?
If you've made a mistake or changed your mind, you can request a refund. However, the process differs depending on
whether you are using an Apple or Android device because of how these platforms handle financial transactions.
Important Initial Step
Regardless of your device, if you need a refund, you should notify the Reclub team within 24 hours by:
- Sending a message to Reclub support via the in-app Feedback channel.
- Emailing [email protected] to document your request.
Refund Process by Device
For Apple (iOS) Users
Apple maintains strict control over its billing system, and Reclub cannot process these refunds directly.
- Requesting the Refund: You must follow Apple's official process, typically through your purchase history in the App
Store or via their support page.
- Account Adjustment: Once Apple issues the refund, Reclub will automatically detect it and adjust your access and
account charts accordingly.
For Android Users
On Android, Reclub has more direct control over the subscription billing via a third-party partner.
- Direct Refund: Subscriptions can be refunded directly by Reclub.
- How to Start: Reach out to the Reclub Customer Support team via the in-app Feedback channel (Profile > Settings >
Help > Send Feedback) to initiate the request.
