Mistakes happen. For refunds on subscriptions, within 24 hours, send a message to Reclub support or email [email protected] to let us know.
For Apple devices
Users must follow Apple's process to request a refund, usually through their purchase history on the App Store or by visiting the Apple support page: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223
Reclub (via 3rd party partner), will detect when a refund has been issued by Apple, and adjust your charts and access accordingly.
For Android devices
Subscriptions may be refunded directly by Reclub (via 3rd party partner).
