Managing finances for your sports community is simplified through the Payments system. These tools are part of the Reclub Supporter premium features and are designed to help organizers and players track off-platform transactions (like bank transfers or cash) more efficiently.
For Hosts: Setting Up Payment Methods
As a club or meet host, you can provide your banking details so players know exactly where to send their fees:

Upload Details: Hosts can add their banking information directly to their Profile settings.

Visibility: Once added, these bank details will automatically appear under the "Payments" tab in every meet you host, making it easy for participants to find your payment info.
For Players: Uploading Payment Receipts
To keep things organized, players can provide proof of payment directly within the app:

Upload Receipt: When you RSVP for a meet, you can upload a screenshot of your payment receipt (e.g., from your banking app or Venmo) and attach it to your RSVP.

Subscription Requirement: Please note that players must be Reclub Supporters to upload receipts to a meet.
For Admins: Verifying and Tagging
Once players have submitted their proof of payment, hosts can finalize the records:

Access Payments Tab: Open the specific meet and go to the Payments tab.

Review & Tag: You can view the uploaded images and tag individual players as "Paid" to keep your attendance list accurate.
Still Having Trouble?
If you are a Supporter but the option to upload a receipt isn't appearing, or if your banking details aren't showing up for your players:

Restore Purchase: Go to Profile > Settings > Help > Debug > Missing Purchases to ensure your premium status is active.
