How do I cancel my subscription?

Since Reclub subscriptions are processed as "in-app" purchases, your billing relationship is managed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To stop recurring payments, you must cancel your subscription through your device's account settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.


Steps to Cancel on iOS

  1. Open your Device Settings.

  2. Tap on your Name/Apple ID at the very top.

  3. Tap on Subscriptions.

  4. Find Reclub in the list and tap on it.

  5. Select Cancel Subscription.

Steps to Cancel on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  2. Tap your Profile Icon (or the three lines menu) in the top right.

  3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.

  4. Find Reclub and tap on it.

  5. Select Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions to confirm.


Important Policy Information

  • Access Period: After cancelling, you will still have access to your Reclub Supporter benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No Automatic Refunds: All purchases are considered final. If you are seeking a refund, you must submit a request directly to Apple or Google Play, as Reclub does not have the mechanism to process these refunds itself.

  • Uninstalling: Please note that simply deleting or uninstalling the app from your phone does not cancel your subscription.
