I can't see my benefits after subscribing

If you have recently subscribed to Reclub Supporter but your account still shows the standard version (e.g., ads are still appearing or premium features are locked), you likely need to manually sync your purchase with our servers.

How to Restore Your Purchase

In most cases, your subscription is active on the App Store or Google Play Store but hasn't "handshaked" with your Reclub profile yet. You can fix this instantly in the app:

  • Navigate to Debug Settings: Go to your Profile > Settings > Help > Debug.

  • Restore Access: Tap on Missing Purchases.

The app will then scan your Apple or Google account for an active Reclub receipt and automatically apply the Supporter benefits to your profile.


Common Reasons for Delay

  • Apple/Google Processing: Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the store to notify the app of a successful transaction.

  • Multiple Accounts: Ensure you are logged into the Reclub app with the same email address/account that you used to make the purchase.

  • Store Account Sync: Ensure your phone is signed into the same Apple ID or Google Play account used during checkout.
