How do I change or add Payment Methods?

Keeping your payment information updated ensures a seamless experience when booking meets or joining paid competitions. You can manage your saved cards or add new payment options directly through your account settings.

Required Steps to Manage Payments

Follow these steps to update your payment details:

  • Access Your Profile: From the home screen, navigate to your personal profile.

  • Open Settings: Tap on the Settings icon within your profile.

  • Update Payment Methods: Select the Payment Methods option to add a new card or update your existing billing information.

If your card is being declined or if you are unable to save a new payment method, please ensure your app is updated to the latest version, as older versions may have trouble communicating with the secure payment gateway.
