Payments on Reclub are a premium feature designed to help hosts streamline administrative tasks and manage payment records more efficiently.
How the Feature Works
Reclub provides a digital record-keeping system rather than a direct transaction service:

For Hosts: This is a premium feature available to Reclub Supporters. Hosts can upload their banking or digital wallet information (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, GCash) under the “Payment Methods” tab in their profile settings. Once configured, participants can view these details to know where to send funds.

For Participants: In a meet, the Payment Tab allows players to view the host's payment details. Players then send money outside the app and attach a screenshot of their payment receipt directly to their RSVP for host verification.
Important Policy Information
To keep the platform accessible and free for the core community, Reclub handles payments differently than typical marketplaces:

Not a Payment Gateway: Reclub is not a payment processor or financial institution. All transactions occur strictly off-platform directly between the player and the host.

No Transaction Fees: Because Reclub does not process the money, there are no transaction fees or commissions charged by the app.

Informative Only: The feature is purely for streamlining communication and tracking who has paid. Reclub does not verify the accuracy or legality of uploaded receipts.
