How do I report an issue to Reclub?
You can report bugs, safety concerns, or community violations in two primary ways: reporting directly where the issue
occurred or through your personal profile settings.
Method 1: Report at the Source
This is the best way to report specific content, such as an inappropriate match comment, an incorrect score, or a
problematic player profile.
- Step 1: Locate the specific meet, player, or comment you wish to report.
- Step 2: Tap the "..." (three dots) icon or burger menu (3 horizontal stripes), typically found in the top-right
corner of the screen.
- Step 3: Select "Report" from the dropdown menu.
- Step 4: Describe the issue clearly and provide any supporting details.
- Step 5: Tap "Send Report."

Method 2: Report from Your Profile
Use this method for general app bugs, technical support, or feedback that isn't tied to a specific post.
- Step 1: Go to your Profile page in the app.
- Step 2: Tap the Help "?" icon and select "Send Feedback."
- Step 3: Choose the category that best matches your issue (e.g., Bug, Suggestion, Account Issue).
- Step 4: Provide a clear description of what is happening.
- Step 5: Tap "Submit."
