If you are experiencing lagging, bugs, or are unable to open the app, please follow these tiered troubleshooting steps to get back on the court.
General Quick Fixes
Before diving into technical resets, try these basic steps:

Check Your Version: Ensure you are on the latest release by going to Profile > Settings and scrolling to the bottom to see your version number.

Network Check: Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out local connection issues.

Test Hardware: If possible, try logging in from a different device to see if the issue is hardware-specific.
If You CAN Open the App (But It's Buggy)
If the app opens but features are slow or not loading correctly, use the built-in debug tools:

Reset Cache: Go to Profile > Settings > Help > Debug > Reset Cache.

Rebuild Profile: If your data looks incorrect, go to Profile > Settings > Help > Debug > Rebuild Profile.

Cycle Your Session: Sign out of your account and sign back in.

Reinstall: If the above steps fail, delete the app and download it again from the store.
If You CANNOT Open the App (Crashing at Startup)
If the app fails to launch entirely, you must use your phone's system settings to clear the data:

For Apple (iOS) Users
