Reclub isn't working/ I can't login.

If you cannot open Reclub, or are experiencing lagging or buggy issues, please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:

General tips:

  1. Update to the latest version:

    Go to Profile > Settings > Scroll to bottom to check which version you're on. The latest version is currently 2.43.15 (Pic below)

  2. Try a different internet connection or device to rule out network or hardware issues.

If you can open the app, but it's not working properly:

  1. Clear app cache:

    Go to Profile > Settings > Help > Debug > Reset Cache.

  2. Rebuild profile data:

    Go to Profile > Settings > Help > Debug > Rebuild Profile.

  3. Sign out and Sign in again

  4. If issues persist, try deleting and reinstalling the app.

If you can't open the app at all:

Android:

  1. Clear app cache:

    Go to Android Settings > Apps > Reclub > Storage > Reset Cache.

  2. Delete app data:

    Go to Android Settings > Apps > Reclub > Storage > Clear data

Apple:

Delete and reinstall the app.

How to find latest version:

  1. Go to Profile > Settings > Scroll to bottom
