What is Street Cred?

Street Cred (CRD) is Reclub’s unique player-to-player leaderboard that ranks community members based on the reputation and recognition they earn from their peers. While a skill level represents how well you play, Street Cred represents your standing and impact within the sport community. How is Street Cred Calculated? The system uses a smart algorithm to ensure the rankings are fair and difficult to manipulate: - Kudos Driven: Your ranking is primarily built from the Kudos you receive after each meet (recognizing effort, skill, or improvement). - Weighted Algorithm: Not all Kudos are equal. The algorithm weighs the Kudos you receive based on the activity frequency of the nominating player to prevent "rating abuse" or spamming. - Unique Recognition: The more unique users who give you Kudos, the higher your Street Cred rises. Update Schedule Street Cred summaries are updated automatically on a recurring basis: - Daily Update: Monthly Street Cred summaries are calculated every day at 1:00 AM. - Weekly Update: Yearly Street Cred summaries are calculated every Sunday at 1:00 AM. How to Access Street Cred You can view where you stand in your local or global community by following these steps: 1. Go to the Statistics tab. 2. Select Street Cred. 3. Tap on the Leaderboard. 4. Choose a Category to see rankings for specific sports or timeframes. Still Having Trouble? How do I report a player?

Reclub is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members to connect, organize, and participate in sports globally. We believe it is everyone's responsibility to ensure our community remains a fun, fair, and safe place to play. Required Steps for Dispute Resolution If a disagreement or issue arises during a session or within a club, we recommend following these steps to reach a resolution: - Discuss Directly with the Player: Many issues are simply misunderstandings that can be cleared up with a polite, direct conversation. - Discuss with the Host to Mediate: If a direct conversation doesn't resolve the issue, reach out to the club host to act as a neutral mediator. - File a Report: If the previous steps are unsuccessful or if the situation involves a serious violation of our standards, please submit a formal report.
