How do I report a player?
Reclub is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members to connect, organize, and
participate in sports globally. We believe it is everyone's responsibility to ensure our community remains a fun, fair,
and safe place to play.
Required Steps for Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement or issue arises during a session or within a club, we recommend following these steps to reach a
resolution:
- Discuss Directly with the Player: Many issues are simply misunderstandings that can be cleared up with a polite,
direct conversation.
- Discuss with the Host to Mediate: If a direct conversation doesn't resolve the issue, reach out to the club host to
act as a neutral mediator.
- File a Report: If the previous steps are unsuccessful or if the situation involves a serious violation of our
standards, please submit a formal report.
