A Meet Listing is designed for informational purposes only. It is best used to record club activities when you do not need to track specific participant numbers or require the standard support features of a regular meet.
Step-by-Step Instructions
To create a Meet Listing, you start with the same process used for a standard meet but switch the format during setup:
-
Begin Setup: Start creating a standard meet as you normally would.
-
Locate the Switch Icon: During the setup process, look for the Switching icon in the top right corner of the screen.
-
Select Meet Listing: Tap the icon and select the "Meet listing" option from the menu.
-
Fill in Details: Enter the necessary information for your activity.
-
Create: Finalize the listing to document it on your club calendar.
When to Use a Meet Listing
-
Informational Use: Use this when you only want to broadcast that an activity is happening.
-
No Participant Tracking: Choose this option if you don't need to manage RSVPs or check-ins.
-
General Documentation: Perfect for recurring club events where formal attendance tracking isn't a priority.
Still Having Trouble?
If you don't see the Switching icon or if the "Meet listing" option is greyed out, ensure your app is updated to the latest version.
