Tags are a powerful way to organize your community, allowing you to categorize players by skill level, membership status, or any other custom criteria you envision.
Step 1: Create Your Custom Tags
Before you can assign tags to individual players, you must define them within your club settings:
-
Navigate to Your Club: Open your club page in the app.
-
Access the Members Tab: Go to the Members section.
-
Add Tags: Tap the three dots ("...") located above the search bar and select the option to add tags based on your own ideas or categories.
Step 2: Assign Tags to Participants
Once your tags are created, you can label players within specific events:
-
Open a Meet: Navigate to an upcoming or active meet.
-
Select a Profile: Tap on a participant's profile from the RSVP list.
-
Apply the Tag: Tap the specific tag you want to assign to that player.
Step 3: Adjust Visibility Settings
By default, tags may be hidden from public view. To ensure they are visible to others:
-
Go to Visibility Settings: Within your meet or club settings, look for the Visibility section.
-
Enable Tags: Ensure the toggle for "Show participant tags" is turned ON.
Still Having Trouble?
If you have created tags but they aren't appearing when you tap on player profiles, ensure that the tags were saved correctly in the main Club settings first.
Reach Out: Please contact Reclub Support through our feedback channel (Profile > Settings > Help > Send Feedback) if your custom tags are failing to save or display.
