If a meet has already been cancelled, it unfortunately cannot be "un-cancelled" or restored to its original active state.
The Solution: Duplicate the Meet
While you cannot revive the specific session, you can quickly recreate it using the duplicate feature:
-
Duplicate: Use the duplicate function to copy all the settings (time, location, and description) from the cancelled meet into a new one.
-
Re-Invite Participants: Since a new meet creates a fresh RSVP list, you will need to invite the participants again.
Important: Why Meets Become Locked
When a meet is cancelled, Reclub sends notifications to all participants to inform them the event is no longer happening. To prevent confusion or conflicting notifications, the system locks that specific entry permanently.
