How to add a club to my event?

If you have created a standalone meet and want to link it to a specific club to increase visibility or organization, you can do so through the meet settings.

Required Steps to Link a Club

Follow these steps to add a club to an upcoming event:

  • Open the Meet: Navigate to the specific meet you wish to edit.

  • Access Edit Mode: Tap the three dots ("...") icon in the top right corner of the meet page.

  • Modify Details: Select Edit Meet from the menu.

  • Select Club: Scroll to the Add Club section and select the community you wish to associate with the event.


Important Policy Information

There are certain restrictions on when you can change a meet's club association:

  • Future Meets Only: You can only add or change a club if the meet has not started yet.

  • Past Meets: Reclub does not support adding a club to a past meet once it has already taken place.

Still Having Trouble?

If you are unable to see your club in the "Add Club" list, ensure that you are an Admin of that specific club. Only organizers with administrative permissions can link meets to their communities.

  • Reach Out: Please contact Reclub Support through our feedback channel (Profile > Settings > Help > Send Feedback) if you are the admin but your club is still not appearing.
