If you need to remove a meet entirely from your club's schedule rather than just cancelling it, there is a specific order of operations you must follow to ensure the "Delete" option remains available.
The Correct Way to Delete
To successfully delete a session, you must clear the roster first:
-
Remove Participants First: You must remove everyone from the session before you hit the 'Cancel' button.
-
Delete Session: Once the roster is empty, you should be able to delete the meet immediately after.
Important Warning: Avoid Cancelling First
If you change the status of the meet to "Cancelled" while players are still on the RSVP list, the system locks the session to preserve the notification history for those players.
-
Locked Status: If you cancel the meet before removing everyone, you will no longer be able to delete the meet yourself.
-
Recovery: In this scenario, the meet will remain visible (marked as cancelled) in your history.
Still Having Trouble?
If you accidentally cancelled a meet before clearing the roster and it is now stuck on your schedule, our administrative team can remove it for you.
