Is your tournament podium not updating even though the matches are over? This usually happens if the final administrative steps haven't been completed. Follow this guide to ensure your winners are officially recognized.
Step 1: Finalize All Matches
The most common reason for a "stuck" podium is an unfinalized match.

The Rule: You must finalize every single match in the tournament (including consolation or 3rd place matches).

The Goal: You will know this is successful when you see a confirmation message stating: "All matches are finalized."

Check the Podium: Once all matches are finalized, the podium should automatically populate with the correct winners.
Step 2: Manually Override if Needed
If the podium still isn't displaying the correct teams—perhaps due to a forfeit, a manual seeding change, or a unique tournament rule—you can manually override the recipient:

Tap the Trophy: On the podium screen, tap the specific trophy icon you want to fix.

Toggle Override: Switch on the "Override Recipient" toggle.

Select Winner: A list of participants will appear; select the correct team or player who should receive that trophy.
Step 3: Save and Sync

Save Changes: Tap save to commit the override.

Wait for the Profile Sync: Please allow up to 24 hours for the trophy to appear on the recipients' public profiles. The app needs time to sync this "win" with their global statistics.
Still Having Trouble?
If you have finalized all matches and the "Override Recipient" option isn't appearing, your competition might be locked or in a "Read Only" state.
