If you’re running a competition and notice that things aren't looking quite right, perhaps the matches didn't populate, schedules aren't showing, or the brackets seem "stuck", there is a built-in tool designed to refresh the logic.
The "Quick Fix": Recalculate
In most cases, a simple Recalculate request will sync the server and fix display errors.
Follow these steps:

Open your Competition.

Tap the three stripes (hamburger menu) in the top right corner.

Select Request Support.

Tap Recalculate.
This forces the app to re-run the match generation and seeding logic to reflect the most current player list and scores.
