Why can't I submit matches to DUPR when my club is already connected to DUPR?

Even if your club is already connected to DUPR, there are a few specific permission settings that must be in place before you can successfully submit match results.

Required Checklist

Please verify that you meet all three of the following requirements:

  1. Correct Club Context: The event or competition must have been created directly under your connected club within Reclub. If the event was created elsewhere, you will need to submit those results manually through the DUPR app instead.

  2. Reclub Permissions: On the Reclub platform, your account must be set as both a Club Admin and the Meet Host.

  3. DUPR Permissions: On the DUPR platform, your ID must be officially listed as the Club Director or an Organizer for that club.
