Once match results have been officially submitted to DUPR, they are locked in the Reclub app to protect rating integrity. If a mistake was made, such as an incorrect score or a wrong player being listed, you will need to contact the DUPR support team directly to request an adjustment.
Step 1: Contact DUPR Support
To request a change, send an email to [email protected].
Step 2: Use the Adjustment Template
To ensure your request is processed quickly and accurately, DUPR recommends providing as much detail as possible. We suggest using the following format:

Attachment: Include a screenshot of the match from your Reclub app.

Match ID: Provide the specific DUPR Match ID.

Proposed Change: State clearly if you need a score adjustment, a player substitution, or another correction.

Original Information: List the original score or the player ID currently shown.
Proposed Information: List the correct score or the correct player ID that should be there.
