I cannot find the meet after creating it

If your newly created meet has seemingly disappeared, it is likely due to a mismatch between your search filters and the location data assigned to the meet when it was first generated. Understanding Meet Locations In Reclub, a meet's location is permanently tied to your club's location at the exact moment the meet is created. - Fixed Location: If your club location is set to Location A when you create a meet, that meet will be tagged with Location A. - Location Mismatch: If you change your club location to Location B after the meet is already made, the existing meet remains at Location A. - The Result: If your search filters are set to show matches near your current club location (Location B), you will not see the meet you created earlier at Location A. How to Fix and Prevent This - Sync Your Filters: Manually adjust your search filters (location, date, and sport) to ensure they match the settings you used when creating the meet. - Setting the Correct Location: To ensure a new meet is created at Location B, you must update your club location to Location B before you start the creation process. - Avoid Duplication: If you duplicate a meet that was originally set to Location A, the new copy will also be set to Location A, even if your club location has since changed. Always create a fresh meet if you need the location to update. Still Having Trouble? If your filters are correct but the meet is still missing, or if you accidentally created a large series of meets at the wrong location: Reach Out: Please contact Reclub Support through our feedback channel (Profile > Settings > Help > Send Feedback) so we can investigate your meet visibility or assist with bulk location updates.
