Reclub's primary focus is on connecting players and hosts to organize and join sports activities globally. At this time, our platform does not offer direct equipment rental services. Important Policy Information Before you head to your next meet, please keep the following in mind regarding equipment: - No In-App Rentals: Reclub does not have an equipment renting service or a feature that tracks which venues offer gear like rackets, paddles, or balls. - Venue Specifics: Rental availability is determined entirely by the physical facility where the meet is being held, not by the Reclub app. How to Find Equipment If you don't have your own gear, we recommend checking availability before you arrive: - Contact the Host: Reach out to the meet host via the app's messaging feature. They often know the venue well and can tell you if rentals are available. - Contact the Venue: You can also contact the sports facility or court directly to confirm their rental prices and gear availability. What is Reclub?

Reclub is a dedicated sports app designed to help you organize, join, and manage your local sporting activities. It is especially popular for group and racket sports like pickleball, badminton, and tennis. In short, Reclub centralizes the entire process, from scheduling a game and finding players to tracking performance, all within one platform. How Reclub Works: 3 Key Pillars 1. Clubs (The Core) - Club Creation: Hosts and organizers create virtual "Clubs" for their local community. A club is usually centered around a specific sport and venue (e.g., "Downtown Badminton Club"). - Member Management: Admins set the rules, schedule recurring events, and manage who can join (keeping the group public or private). 2. Events & Scheduling - Hosts Create "Meets": Within a club, a host sets up specific sessions for a certain date, time, and location (e.g.,"Pickleball Night, 7 PM"). - Easy Joining: Members receive notifications and can instantly RSVP. This replaces the chaos of scattered messaging apps or group chats. 3. Leaderboards & Ratings (Optional) - Gamification: Reclub tracks wins, losses, and Kudos (community recognition) to build internal club leaderboards. - DUPR Integration: For pickleball specifically, Reclub integrates with systems like DUPR, allowing hosts to submit match results and update official player ratings automatically. Improved Location Search & Adding

Adding New Locations to Reclub To ensure our events are easy to find and the maps are accurate, we’ve updated how we handle locations. If you can’t find a court or venue in the search bar, you can now add it manually. How to Add a Location 1. Start Your Search: Type the name or address of the venue in the location field. 2. Can't Find It?: If no matches appear, tap the "Add Location" button. 3. Enter Details: - Location Name: Give it a clear name (e.g., "Sunset Park - Court 2"). - Address: Enter the physical address (e.g., "456 Park Ln"). 4. Save & Standardize: Once you hit save, Reclub automatically cleans up the address for you! What is "Standardization"? Don't worry if the address looks slightly different after you save it. The app automatically formats it (e.g., changing "rd" to "Road" and adding the zip code). This ensures the GPS pins are 100% accurate for everyone joining the meet. Pro-Tips for Members - Search Simple: Try searching for just one word (like "Sunset") before adding a new location to see if it’s already in our database. - Use the Map: You can also move the pin on the map to select a location visually if you don't know the exact street number. - One-Time Setup: Once a location is added manually, it stays in the Reclub database so other members can find it instantly next time!

Venue Discover

Reclub makes it easy to find where to play. Instead of searching for a club or a specific match first, you can start directly with the Location. By exploring physical sports venues, you can view court locations, see which local clubs call them home, and browse all upcoming games scheduled at that specific spot. Key Highlights of the Venues Feature - Reverse Search Logic: Locate a sports facility first, then see all resident clubs and scheduled games happening there. - Map & Directory Integration: Seamlessly toggle between individual match pins and full venue pins on the interactive map. - Activity Filters: Filter venues specifically by active upcoming games so you never show up to an empty court. How to Explore Venues 1. The Venues Tab Navigate to the Venues tab inside the Discover section to browse sports facilities in your area. - Smart Sorting: Venues are automatically ordered by Distance (when location permissions are enabled) or Alphabetically. - "Has Activities" Filter: Toggle this filter on to immediately isolate venues that have upcoming scheduled meets. - Venue Cards: Each card displays the venue name, physical address, distance, and a summary count of linked clubs and upcoming activities. 2. Venue Detail Screen Tapping on any venue card opens its profile view, featuring two dedicated activity tabs: - Activities Tab: A chronological schedule of games hosted at this venue. - Sorting Logic: Upcoming/future meets appear first, sorted strictly by date and time. You can filter this list by specific sports. - Clubs Tab: A directory of clubs that host events at this venue. - Sorting Logic: Displays resident clubs that have scheduled future activities, ranked in descending order by total count of upcoming meets (most active clubs appear at the top). 3. Using the Map - Toggle Pins: Use the map display filters to switch between viewing individual match pins (Meets) or facility pins (Venues). - Quick Preview: Tap any venue pin on the map to open a summary half-sheet preview, or tap again to enter the full Venue Profile. How to Report or Request Venue Updates Notice incorrect information, an out-of-date address, or want to request a missing facility? You can submit feedback directly in the app through two paths: Option 1: Directly from a Venue Profile 1. Open the specific Venue Profile. 2. Tap the three dots ("...") in the top-right corner. 3. Select Send Feedback. 4. Choose the appropriate category (e.g., Incorrect Information, Business Closed, or Location Error). Option 2: From the General Help Menu 1. Go to Profile (or Home). 2. Tap Help > Send Feedback. 3. Select Request Venues. ℹ️ What happens next? Your report or request is received directly by our Customer Success team. CS verifies the submission details and escalates it to our internal data team for execution and map updates. Common Questions "How do I save my favorite court?" Answer: On the Venue Detail screen, tap the Pin icon. This saves the venue directly to your Reclub Home screen for instant access. "Can I add a new venue myself?" Answer: While you can add a location manually when creating a meet, the full "Venue" profiles are currently managed by Reclub Admins.
